When I Started:
Jul, 2005
How I Started:
through trial and error. First i used to do tons of cardio, like 10 miles a day, and an unstructured weight training program. Then my friend exposed me to the world of lifting heavy, squats, deadlifts, etc, and i have them to thank for everything.
Why I Love It:
i love the results and the feeling accompanied with it. The PUMP! And because i like not having to worry about sharing the squat rack with bitchy girls, cause they stick to the 2lb dumbells :D
How I Stay Motivated:
watching bodybuilding and figure videos on youtube... kevin levrone, valerie waugaman etc..
bodybuilding magazines.
BB Accomplishments:
training and competing for two figure comps, and participating in the flex bikini contest last year.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
i usually print out an excel layout of the exercises i want to do, and i fill it out gradually after all the sets are finished. this way i know if i am making any progress, making excuses, or whatever.i usually print out an excel layout of the exercises i want to do, and i fill it out gradually after all the sets are finished. this way i know if i am making any progress, making excuses, or whateve...more

This week is already feeling long with work, school, and keeping up with my workouts and diet plan. I really wanna go dancing or clubbing this weekend. if anyone knows some good places that are in the inland empire area or within an hour of it, lemme know! besides, i'm feeling skinny...
my goals right now are to lean out a little bit, but also to keep my size in my delts and legs at the same time. In the past i have done mostly very heavy lifting while trying to cut down, and only depending on the cardio and my diet to do the work for me in terms of shedding fat. It worked...
