I have always been a "workout" and "fit" person. It's just been in the past couple years I have really decided I wanted to see some real changes in my body. I also met a friend online and we put together a fitness website: http://www.WomensDietandFitness.com
Why I Love It:
I LOVE the way it makes me feel afterwards and I LOVE seeing my body change.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading about others here on BB.com and also in my personal training career, seeing how what I do and teach can affect others!

Ok..so not doing so well on keeping up here, but I am so incredibly busy! I am going to hire an assistant, so then hopefully that will free up some of my time to get stuff done!
So..I took 5 days off from workouts and then another 5 days of light workouts and now I'm back to work.
I am in southern Colorado, around Trinidad. I want to reduce my cellulite appearance also. How is it going with you, any pointers. I think that I really need to hit the cardio, which I don't mind doing but I never get to it.

Hi Angie. Thanks so much for the compliment! Training is going great! I caught some of your threads on the forum, how's the energy level in the day? Are you taking any supplements to help with muscle recovery? also, eating small meals every 3 hours is good for the metabolism/energy levels. I think your looking great. Your hard work shows in the progress pics!
