DC1993 Let me know if it works good for you. make some protein bars mine are 220 cal, 20g protein a bar, only little small things, easy to eat! Yeah good workout , makes you work til the end ;D Apr 5, 2012 2:23pm

DC1993 Spoke to a friend(PT) today about it n he said HIIT can possible build lean muscle and lose fat at the same time if your diet is good enough. Which is what i knew. I've also noticed on the scales i've stayed at 157lb but lost bf so HIIT must be doing good for me ;D Apr 3, 2012 12:20pm

angeltim1017 so frustrated! People still think im anorexic! Guess it's too easy to assume a tall, skinny girl has an eating disorder than to ask? I am pretty sure I am doing absolutely everything possible at this point to get away from that F*cking skinny look! I have even given up Cardio since JAN! Ugh! Okay, Im over it. Talk behind my back if you want, one day you'll see. When's the last time you saw an anorexic with muscle? Because I have yet to see that! Mar 29, 2012 4:00pm
