My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
Began with 7 sets starting with 3 exercises
leg press 12 reps
leg extension 10 reps
jumping squats with 15lbs 8 reps
After those sets I moved on to kettle bell swings but using my legs and butt. did 5 sets 12 reps
then did kettle bell one leg dead lifts 10 each leg
then did leg curls 8

Diet for comp is cutting down and leaning out.
This week 09/10/12 is the beggining of no protein supplements all my protein comes from food, chicken, sweet potatos, tuna, egg whites.
My carbs are basically my sweet pototos.
