Thanks for the compliment. Working hard, though I have to say I hired a nutritionist/trainer off the site but hey whatever it takes. I'm still working my ass off. Looking good yourself.

I actually purchased a nutrition/training plan from davevignasse.com. It's working great from me. He has been really great about not just telling me what to do but teaching me how to eat for my body type. So far so good. I am glad I decided to make the purchase. Good luck to you in reaching your goals, if you are ever thinking of hiring someone to help you out then I would recommend him. Anyway, have a great day and much success to you.
