The Lord says that He wants us to take care of our bodies and I always figure that when I am in the gym pushing and curling and doing all that stuff I am doing what He wants. I congratulate you on getting into fitness and I look forward to watching your progress.

My new body fat is..............{drum roll continues}
23.54%
{Trumpets} BAH-BAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Tha t means, I have lost a total of 10.2% body fat in the last 9 weeks. Pretty proud of myself. I have about 4.5% left to goal......wish me luck!
