I'm basically on a very low carb cutting diet at the moment.
I'm doing The Rapid Fat Loss Cutting Cycle written by Lyle MacDonald. It's not a diet for the faint of heart or weak of mind: You will be tested mentally with suddenly cutting so may carbs out of your diet if you've never done something like this before.
