Thanks! Well I have done every leg and glute exercise known to man. LOL I think what has worked best for me are a combination of lunges, squats, leg press, one legged leg press and leg extension machines. Also I work legs 2 times per week. The first day I do hams/glutes/ calves and the the 2nd I do quads/calves. I go heavy as I can and do about 8-12 reps (3-4 sets).

Amazing transformation in such a short amount of time! I feel like I could accomplish that pretty fast as well if I could just tighten the ol diet. I feel like I have a good amount of much. you look great!

thats awesome! I really am trying to stay on track and maybe just MAYBE i will be able to compete in May. Training has been great this week. last week was horrible since we were moving. i feel strong this week. its crazy how your diet can make or break your workouts. have u competed b4?
