Need advice to help builder better bi's and tri's!!!! I feel like I have tried everything!
Goal (Long):
I used to be very thin and in great shape naturally. Since I had my children my body made a huge change as I gained 80 lbs. during both pregnancies. I want to have the confidence I once had and be proud to wear shorts and a bikini!
Just got back from vacation to South Dakota and look like a tub of lard! Mmmm, homemade fudge, taffy and buffalo burgers. Cannot wait to get back into the gym today. Started my diet again today also. Will try to post some pics in about a week or two!
Well, yeah, but it doesn't take very long for the "new" foods to put that physique in the past. My abs were gone in two days. All pics are dated properly, but that was two months ago.
You're welcome! My training is kick ass right now and I feel better than when I did while I was in Kuwait! I just hope the new ones show some improvements.
Hey! It has been a while! I'm loving those legs btw! I will put up some new ones right before I go home next month for R&R. How has your training been coming along?
I'm usually pretty high carb all the time or I get too skinny. I don't really have much muscle as far as size goes I'm very small.. I'm just real strong and lean.
It looks like you have more muscle than me, you look fantastic!
