Confused

As of yesterday I have lost 10 lbs. I worked my tail off last week. I was to up everyday at 4:30 am to get to work early so I could get off early to work out. It seems like if I watch my diet closely and don't work out as much I lose weight quicker. Last week my diet was darn near perfect and I did cardio 4 times and weights 5 days and only lost a pound. How can this be?

Well let see here...there are women on here that are practically naked and their photos myseriouly manage to stay on. My photo of my back and bum has been on here for almost 2 years and all of the sudden its gone. I mean i had freakin boy shorts on. It was not a bad photo and I had a lot of positive feeback so what gives? That is seriously like the 6th photo of mine to get deleted. Freaking BS.......

Dieting to get cut!

I really need some ideas on a good diet to lean out but keep muscle. I want to be cut. I would like to have a 12 week program and see how far I get. I don't want to some tuna & rice for every single meal diet. I know I will not be able to follow that. Please send me some ideas of things that really work! Thanks!! :)

redheadlaw7 You may be creating too large a caloric deficit and jacking up your cortisol levels and you're still several months out. Are you holding more water or feeling squishier in the stomach? Are you doing a lean protein high carb refeed on your days off? How low are your calories? Is anyone helping you with your prep? Jan 23, 2012 5:16pm
