Really want to get lean before I wear a bikini. Can It ever happen? :( Want bigger, rounder shoulders, more defined arms & to lose bf.
Goal (Long):
I used to be very thin and in great shape naturally. Since I had my children my body made a huge change as I gained 80 lbs. during both pregnancies. I want to have the confidence I once had and be proud to wear shorts and a bikini!
