How I Started:
I workout doing cardio for yrs. Met a new friend at our local (not so great but its what we have here) gym. He has helped me a TON!! I only wish i would of took pics n measurements of before n during. No time like the persent to start though! :)
Why I Love It:
The way i feel inside n out!! I m stronger in everyway because of my weight training!
How I Stay Motivated:
I never stop going to the gym! Its a part of my life n who i am. I just do it. If i miss a day i make it up. I don't kno the right way to describe it. Its like taking a shower or going to work. Its part of my every day life.
BB Accomplishments:
My body in every way has changed. I of course have a story. most everyone does I m sure. I have told it often. The main accomplishment is how much i care about mysself now. I always make time for me to take care of me!!

Goal (Long):
I want to be more defined. I have gained so much muscle in a year and a half. I want to improve on what i have done so far. My back is major right now i work HARD on that day. Shoulders coming next.
I sometimes feel my arms r to big n lots of men i meet say so. They r just jealous i m sure. Hehe! I was going to chill a bit on my arms. But thats not me. I don't slack!! I tried to maintain n instead i pushed it n went up in weight. So i will keep on being an arm hore! Hehe!
Legs n butt i need to work harder on!! My body shape n the spot i store the most fat happens to be here!! I was working them so hard the muscle is there. But i fell like there's either to much fat or extra skin to really appreciate the work i have done. So in turn i haven't been that into them. I have been maintaining. I guess i have to except what they r n get that muscle there anyways!! I just wish the lower half was as good as the upper!! :(
Chest i work the least. I need to work it harder. I can feel when i do my back workouts i could get a lot more out of it if the chest was stronger.
The SADEST of all my abs. A year ago they were wonderful. To the touch of course. Once again 2 kids have taken there tole!! If you know what i mean!! I dont work them much at all. I need a god plan of attack here!!?? I have to except that certain aspects of my body can't be changed. But i can improve every part of me and I should!!
I dont regret much in life but i do regret how i used to treat my body! I cant change it back now. So i should move forward with what i can!! Thats my major goal!!

Thank you for the kind words! I wouldn't worry about those jealous guys in the gym. Don't let there egos limit you out performing them lol! I think your back and arms look great; and if you wanna get them bigger and stronger, go for it. I'm sure there are plenty of guys here on bodyspace that would be down with that, including me!;)
