How I Started:
I was training to compete in a bicycle race and my trainer asked me to compete in a figure show. I was skeptical until I did research. Now I love it!
Why I Love It:
I like to feel the sweat as it rolls down my back. I like when it is all over and I get to strut out the gym. I like looking like I workout. I just flat out like it!
How I Stay Motivated:
My daughters motivate me. They have been competitive cheerleaders since the age of four. I like cheering for them and they love being a cheerleader for their mom. Plus I have to continue giving them a reason to wear their shirts that say "My mom is hot, yours is not."
BB Accomplishments:
Competing. Just getting on stage for the first time was wonderful and fearful. I can't wait to do it again.
My next accomplishment will be competing in bodybuilding. I love pushing myself further in everything I do.

Today was the first time I trained with my trainer in a
l o n g time. We did shoulders and he introduced me to FST-7 training. I had read about it but never used it on myself. I blasted through the workout with no problem, but I felt like I got a great workout. I think I was just...
So how did you go about deciding who to help with the routine. Did you learn the mandatory poses first and then find someone to help you with transitions and make it into an actual routine? Did you go with musical selections in hand or let the routine determine what would look best?
Thanks. This will be my last season doing figure, though. I am going to take the next year to train, eat, and enter the bodybuilding arena as a heavy-lightweight! Have a great and safe 4th!
Hey chic! I've been gone for awhile, but Im back now. And after lookin at you and reading some of what you've been posting, gurl, I'm so ready to GO HARD!! Seriously, you are such an inspiration to me. Keep doing what you doing and I will continue to pray for you and yours as yall go thru this tryin period.
