My dad bought a excersise machine at Wal-mart and I just started using it.
Why I Love It:
It helps me stay confident about myself. Helps me stay healthy and stronger, I also just like doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just picture myself in 1 year, 2 years from now.

To gain 15 lbs. in 29 days, although it wasn't all muscle.

Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein

Reason: I wanted to start taking more protein to help me out in making my gains. And its cheap.
Review: It was pretty good. I did gain weight maybe 9lbs. But i think it was all water weight. But...

I do 20 minutes of HIIT style cardio where you alternate 1 minute long high and low intensity intervals every other minute. I try to do this 4X per week along with some ab training.

Yeah do that because you will burn more calories when you do your cardio after you lift weights. Plus you’ll have the full strength and energy to lift your weights more effectively. Are you taking any supplements?

I know you’ve probably heard this before but I have a fast metabolism so I’m naturally lean.
I still do cardio 3 times a week for about 35 minutes after I’ve finished lifting weights.
