How I Started:
I have never been fat, so it was easy to notice my weight gain. I GAINED OVER 30 lbs ever since I grad from highschool and I want to be me the old me again. I know I can do this easily if I had no problem adhering strictly to a diet but I find it is my greatest challenge thus far.
Why I Love It:
This is the best site Ive ever been a member of. It was through here that I found personal trainer Steve Poynter, and got me into getting a gym membership so I can start burning fat and getting toned.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep mentally picturing how I'll look when I reach my goal. That never fails.

Well best of luck! I am doing much better! My diet is back on track finally...exercise is better than ever and I really stared to do tons of cardio. My bodyfat is still slowly dropping!

Hello Ann, start small with the lean intake and work Ur way up. Be creative on how you prepare Ur chicken breast, sweet potatos, etc. This site has a lot of great recipe ideas to make each meal taste a little different! If you look this good now, imagine how you would look with the right food and supps....good luck

Girl it's tough, I know it. I used to eat anything and everything in big portions. But for me, I have a goal to achieve and I don't want to lose sight of it. You just need the right motivation to keep you from straying from your goals. If you're serious then get serious, or else you really are just wasting time! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
