How I Started:
Started about 3 yrs ago, but everytime i started i would break one of my hands. It happened twice. The 1st time it happened on my quad and didnt even know it was broken, so after i found out it was, i had to get a bone draft from my pelvis, since the bone on my wrist died. I was in recovery and therapy for 10 months. After that i tried working out again, I got into a fight and i broke the same hand again. But different bone.Hopefully this time ill stay out of trouble so i can meke one of my dreams come true. Which is to look ripped and have a 6 pack. And so far its looking pretty good.
Why I Love It:
I just wanna go to the beach or the pool and look at the girls stare. Also to feel more confident.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just thinking about when i was in high school. I used to weight around 130lbs. Man i looked so fragil.Also my buddy chiflie chaflan. Hes around 5'6 but that guy looks like a beast.
BB Accomplishments:
be over 200lbs with a 6 pack. Become a beast haha.

Hey bro...start taking the cycle assist at least one week before you begin taking Havoc. Take it minimum once a day while using Havoc until you are out. I used it twice a day for the first 3wks then went to one scoop a day. Then once you are done with Havoc start taking Reversitol for your pct.
