Thats how I did it.
Diet is very strict, cardio 3 times a week, and hit those weights hard. The only sup I use is protein powder. Thanks for stopping in, and good luck to you!
Now I'm no personal trainer but IMO dieting is 50% of the process and probably 80% of the process for abs. I do lots of push-ups but other than that I do the regular chest exercises. I usually go with dumbbells because they have better range of motion and you don't need a spotter. Just start light with lots of reps to build a good base then every few weeks go real heavy to see how much strength you gained. Best of luck with your goals.
