I am following a diet to compete in a show in June. I have 6 small meals, one cheat meal on Saturdays. I eat carbs, proteins and fats!
Training for Maintainig muscle and fat loss
Competing for a Figure Body Building competition in June 2013
Strength training 5 days a week
Split muscle groups
Cardio 40 mins 2x a week
30 mins of HIIT training 2x a week
Adding in foam rolling and stretching to increase flexibility, stretch muscles and help with posture!
I also teach 2 30 min ABS class on Mondays and the occasional one in my home on Sundays!
