How I Started:
I got started working out because I coudn't stand to look at myself anymore. I hated the person I had become and I was the biggest I had ever been in my whole life.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy and pump you feel during and after a workout. I love the strength you feel when you reach a new best for yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have the support of people who love me. My boyfriend compliments me daily on my progress and helps me to stay on track when I lose sight of my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't know about bodybuilding accomplishments but my major accomplishment in my eyes is the 44bls I've lost so far.

Goal (Long):
I am trying to be in the best shape of my life. Before I had my daughter I never really worked out, never even tried to eat right. Having her changed my body completely. Now I workout (weight train and cardio) 5 days a week. I want to continue to gain muscle and lose body fat. I want someone to look at me and be able to see all the hard work I have been putting into my body.
He inspires me to push myself past my limits and encourages me to stay on track even when I feel I can't reach my goals. It's his belief in me that is really inspiring.
