My mates started training during the summer and i saw what a difference it made to them so i decided to start.

I started in December, following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! At this time I'm doing some crunches, eagle sit ups and push ups every day, and at the same time I'm using dumbbells and it's easier to achive my goals. But now I'm preparing for entering at the university and now I need to study. I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!
