My diet is more of a healthy eating routine, and portion control.
I almost always start my day with 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg, scrambled. Half a vine ripped tomatoe cut up, sprinkled with a little sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Sometimes I'll add a serving of oatmeal, if I'm still hungry.
I like to eat every 3 hours. Every meal has some form of protein, and veggies.
During a fat loss period I like to limit my carbs, by only eating controlled amounts until I workout in the early afternoon. (i.e. no carbs past 1pm)
During a maintenance period I still eat controlled amounts of carbs, and non with my supper time meal. (i.e. no carbs after 5pm)
This is what I've found works for my body, and everyone is different, and has different goals.

"Armor-V" multi-vitamins, B100 Complex, Glucosamine HCP, liquid Calcium w/ vitamin D. Preworkout; N.O. Post; BCAAs, "Recon" & "Combat"
With my first meal of the day; I take my "Armor-V" multi-vitamins, B100 Complex, Glucosamine HCP, liquid Calcium w/ vitamin D.
Pre-workout; I like to take C4 (6 week cycle)
Intra-workout; After weights and before cardio I like to take BCAAs capsules.
Post-workout; I take "Recon" and "Combat" protein powder.

I feel my best when I workout! Not just because of the improvements to my body, but the energy I get from it in second to none!
It's not only great for my healthy and confidents levels, but for my childrens as well. I believe that if our kids watch us sit around all day, that is what they think is normal and it will be pasted on to them. But if they see us playing sports, or working out, being positive, and treating people with respect; this to will be pasted on to them. Its your choice. What do you want your children learning by your infleuence?
