When I Started: Dec 2009
HOW I STARTED:

well i always love to do some gym but i don't have the money to go to a public gym until now so i did push up and dig all that basic stuff and it help me to get in shape but its kind boring to do it alone.

WHY I LOVE IT:

i love to working out because it make you look in good,healthy, and proud of all the sacrifices that you make everyday.

guest hi Andy, what exercise do you recommend for building lats that really show the v shape of your body ? today i am doing chin ups palms forward and then strait arm cable pull downs. I do 3 sets of chin ups 20, 13 then whatever is left. i have went from doing two chips to 20 in 2 weeks. my biceps are bigger, chest,and lats are now more visible for the lats do your recommend the exercise where you pull up palms forward or palms facing you ?
