How I Started:
After signing up with my local YMCA, I decided to do simple, but effort-required, exercizes; bicep curls, bench press, squats, cardio-vascular machines.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me energized the entire day! I enjoy the nutritional values given by bodybuilding, the strength increments, & energy enhancers, that go along with bodybuilding in general.
How I Stay Motivated:
I plan to work out a body part every single day, while mixing cardio-vascular exercizes. Although, I understand not everybod is as motivated to working out, some would rather give up & go away from the gym for weeks, but I make an effort for myself, & for others (friends, etc.) to give it their all while working out.
Come in, change, hit the weights HARD, & prolong the effort (ex. do atleast 4-5 sets each, and do 1 last set until failure)
BB Accomplishments:
Biggest youth bicep: 1st place
YMCA 2008 Bench Press Competition: 6th(Max Bench Press Rep. with 1 plate), 7th(Max Bench Weight), 9th(Max Squat)
Squat increase: 2 plates & 10pds. to 3 plates & 20 pds.
Dumbbell Bicep curl: 30 pds max to 45 pds. max
Bench Press: 1 plate & 25 pds. to 2 plates & 10 pds.
Increasing bicep size by 5 inches, pectorals apparent & rounded, trapezius size increased (My best genetic formed body part).

Thanks for the reply - impressive sized biceps for any age, but especially when so young (relatively speaking). Are they bigger now or have you cut back some? In any event, best of luck to you as you reach for those goals!
Two questions - what kind of contest were you in to win "biggest youth bicep" and how big was your bicep then? Good luck and best wishes on reaching your goals - you are off to a great start!
Im Just gonna Train Light for a while ..
Having some accupunture and massage nxt week . Ive had Good reports on a certain chineese Doc . It will Do My whole Body Good to train Light for a month or so .
