1. 2-3 mile run, Chest and Tricepts, Abs
2. 2-3 mile run, Back and Bicepts, Abs
3. 2-3 mile run, Legs and Shoulders, Abs
Try to do supersets to keep my heart rate up. Prefer free weights and strength training.
3 exercises per muscle group, 3 sets at 8 to 12 reps.
Ab work out is 3 sets and 18 reps per exercise with only 10 seconds between exercises.
-Hanging knee raise
-Crunch
-Oblique Crunch
-Reverse Crunch
-Cable Crunch
-Back raise, Roman chair |
