How I Started:
While working as a contractor in Iraq, the medic informed me that I had very high blood pressure and that it needed to be gotten under control. So I decided to loose weight and get back in shape. Concentrated on eating healthy and cardio intensive type workouts. As far as weight training I stuck mainly to supersets and lower weights.
Why I Love It:
Feels good. Results. A mental stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
Adventure race training. Staying healthy to keep up with my kids. Working on my 6 pack!
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing over 60 lbs.! Blood pressure is under control!

We actually had our first 'sciff' of snow a week ago...BOOOOOOOOOOOOO lol but actually its been a gorgeous October really! One teeny sciff and my son's snowboard was suddenly upstairs and being contemplated!
