KillaKwin to get your lower abs and hamstrings for defined i would recomend leg throwdowns for lower abs which is where you lay on a bench and have your but on the end. keep your legs straight and bring them up and have someone throw them down ever time until failure. you can also hold a DB between your feet to add resitance. And of course Sprinting will give you that definition while keeping your muscle. It will build your core and also build muscle in your legs and help with defining them. Jan 9, 2013 3:20am
