Have always been into all sports. Played hockey for about 12 yrs. When my knees gave up i had no choice but to quit playing. After that was in waterpolo for a couple years, then we didn't have enough people for a team and i started boxing. Did the boxing thing for about 3 years, mainly for the great cardio workouts. After boxing is when i got into the weights. Have been into it for a few years now. Put on about 20lbs. Then like a retard i quit for a few years started drinking a lot and lost it all and more! Started this past year, getting back in the gym hard. Managed to get my 20lbs back.
Why I Love It:
There are lots of things i like about it. Looking better, feeling better, the pump, and event he soreness the next couple days. love the feeling of moving and feeling my muscle soreness.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now im being a lazy pussy and finding it hard to keep myself motivated to get back into the gym. But its time i get my ass in gear and quit being a bitch.
BB Accomplishments:
Haven't really got any great ones. Put on some size and some strength gains but not anywhere near what i want in the next few years.

this is after loosing 20lbs over a 2yr. gym "break". went from 170 down to 150 Moved and quit hitting up the gym, started drinking everyday for about a year. barley eating besides bar foods for dinner and nothing special for lunch. very uppsetting.
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
avoid being lazy and sitting on machines instead of using them cause that will get you smacked upside the head at my gym. Look for people that are willing to help and are freindly.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Shorts and beater. Sweatpants and t-shirt depends what gym i go to that day. some of them are cold as hell.

It's been a little while! It's so nice to hear from you, you always leave such nice messages and comments. I'm pretty good - been back in the gym 3 weeks now since physical therapy ended and it's going well. Spring break was a week ago, and I am just in the school routines now. How about you? Training any better for you?

Like ur goal. I just posted a new pic of when I was small like 170lbs. before I started lifting really serious. I looked like that still probably 3 or 4 years ago before I got serious. check it out.
