just started doing light wieghts an the age of 14 then started doing it hard out at the age of 15. i started because i was sick of being fat
Why I Love It:
to me bodybuilding isnt just a sport. its a life style. most think you just wake up and go to the gym and thats it. but thats wrong. you must eat right,train right,sleep right and be determined. this makes me difent from others.

Hey man looks like youve leaned out good, it's all about the diet I try to keep my protein extremely high and my carbs low. I will even supplement red meat for energy and use nothing but complex carbs.
