How I Started:
Well i played football and hockey at high school but was on the wrong end of a bad tackle in football and had to have an operation to fix my ankle up, after that i had to workout to get my strength back and realised i prefered working out in the gym better than playing football and hockey.
Why I Love It:
Seing the improvements and also the confidence it gives you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont find it hard to stay motivated, its fairly simple for me, eat right and train hard.
