OH! i almost got a shirt at the sporting goods store that said "talk is cheap". i went back to the gym to do upper body, one trainer was like, "two-a-days?!" i shrug. then i was doing my arms and one of the guys gave me a weird look it was SO FUNNY i started laughing. funsize3 the intro i had with the pt went well. she showed me a few differnt things and educated me on injuries. made me get one of those heavy balls and slam it on the ground...ha ha that was fun. im pretty sure itll backfire on me and i'll make an ass out of myself, but hey working out should be a little fun too right :P how is spinning going? funsize3 thats what i told him...that it was unprofessional to look up someone's private information. now he can't look at me in the eye at the gym, lol. i didnt tell his manager though, ppl make mistakes but now he knows. tbh now i feel guilty for trying to get all this info for free lol! i may do a session or two and inquire about the job itself though im not sure how honest she'd be lol Mar 7, 2013 4:15pm

funsize3 tbh im glad its a female because from my observations a majority of the male pts are a little unprofessional/flirty for my taste. one of them looked up my phone number and started texting me and another was being obnoxious when i was talking to her. not saying you all are lol. she does look like she lifts and may run as well, but i've never seen her. i definately want to pick her brain on injury prevention and safety though. i think i'm going to make a list. she'll be like "wtf" lol! funsize3 what are your thoughts on having a pt for 'functional' fitness. i'm wondering because i feel like i've come a way by myself by educating myself online and trying different things when it comes to exercise but i am not too proud (and don't want to be foolish) when it comes to advice from people that actually studied and took tests and work with clients for them. who knows, maybe i have bad form and don't know it?
