You have the body to transform i think so stick up with the basics , free weights n some machines, chicken breasts, steaks, rice, pasta, some salads and maybe a few protein shakes ;)

So you want to gain 10kg. Eat LOTS of protein and get youreself some hardcore creatine. It did the job for me:) Maybe a some gainer after exercize. Eat 2-2,5grams of protein pr. kg bodyweight each day! Pardon my english. Send out some pictures of youre progress?
