If you want to gain muscle you going to have to up your calorie intake now listen I have a program called the Extreme Mass program that several people have followed and it does work now I use this in the off season. Where ever you are at right now calories wise intake it by 1,500 so if your at 2,000 go to 3,500 then every week increase it by 1,000 calories or more if you wish keep your protein levels high and your carbs high but not real high.
