yeh it sure does help. i just tiped the scales at 190lbs yesterday. lol yeh you look alot older then 15 yourself lol yeh i play sports, not so much anymore, but i play touch football athletics and rugby union, i used to play rugby league, soccer and indoor soccer. what about you?

Hey! My arms are not that big. There is always room for improvement. Andres is my middle name! I've been lifting since I was 17 almost 18 years old, I powerlifted back in highschool.

Andres, you have made great progress. I guess these pics were a few months or so apart. Chest is looking awesome. Keep it up, your hard work definitely shows.
