How I Started:
i have loved bodybuilding for a long time.now that i am a mechanic, i am able to train more regularly.i want to compete and to show those people who didn't believe in me
Why I Love It:
i love bodybuilding and everything about it. It is a sport that requires dedication and commitment 24/7".it isn't like soccer or other sports - it's a way of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
my objective is to compete naturally and to win, and secondly, to become a hard gainer

Goal (Long):
As a child, I entered the world of sport by practising karate. I was passionate about it. However, my friends made fun of me, ostracised me and gave up on me because I hated soccer. I have always been alone and under-valued by others. As I grew up, I was inspired by bodybuilders and what they were able to achieve.
All the people around me wanted to become big but couldn’t as they lacked the sacrifice and passion to success. From there, I decided that by becoming a bodybuilder and proving my dedication, I could show those who doubted me and my ability.
Unfortunately, seven years ago, I was working as a builder and didn’t have time to train. Two years ago, I changed jobs and I dedicated myself to realising my objectives. Now, the people who doubted me people believe that what I have achieved so far would be nigh-impossible for some people. This makes me feel amazing.I want to achieve even more in this field – to establish a career with this sport that impassions me more and more.Here on this site I hope to find people with whom I can exchange advice and make friends all over the world.

three day split programme: ( A ) chest and back, ( B ) legs, ( C ) biceps, triceps and shoulders, 1 - 2 sessions of abs and cardio each week.1 series of six reps, then three sets to exhaustion with 20 seconds rest in between
