Well, two weeks ago I competed at the NPC Los Angeles and over the last year it's been a rough ride. I had nearly chopped my finger off my left hand and was in and out of the hospital for over 3 months time... I had surgery for that and during the reconstruction of my finger I had...
Thanks for the advice, I've talked to a lot of people at the USA's and you are right. I just need to add more mass to my frame. With my killer symmetry and added mass I should be able to do some serious damage.....Take care and hope to see you soon.
yea man...gotta always strive for first i guess...im actually not sure what's going on this fall; still kinda debating. not gonna make the O this year though; gonna hit up the webcast. you goin?
man those placings are nothing to feel bad about. plus you're still young and got plenty of time. and with your mindset (you seem to take bodybuilding really seriously) you should have no problem making the necessary improvements. i'm actually not sure what my next move is going to be; i kinda want to move up, but i may end up prepping for another show in the fall.
CONGRATS BROTHER! Looked ripped a lof of improvements sense Teen Naty's. Congrats again bro looked way better, more ripped, more quality muscle and everything congrats again bro.
yea im pretty sure you should do well, and i wanna see those md pics. Lol. I'm actually not sure what my next move should be. Some people say I should move up to light heavy, while others feel I could go far as a middle. Personally I would like to move to light heavy, but the guys in that class are huge; I don't know how competitive I could be at that level.
bro thats so awesome you were in m&f you gotta send me an issue i never got the issue you were in! i bet you do those 100 reps all the time haha. you the man andre cant wait to hang with you and johnny at the O.
man actually im kinda debating whether or not to move up a weight class. i want to do some more national level competition by next year; just not sure what to do in the meantime.
hey andre! i was thinking about doing the npc pacific usa naturals which is in aug. in Aneheim, but i decided to extend my offseason. one of the reasons was that i had previously lost 100lbs before, and i never had a real offaseaon to grow.
are you going to be at the Jr Cal working the metrx booth? haha
should be about 225-230, and we will see if i can pull out the glutes this year... i dont think it will happen for the Nationals, but im doing the Europa in dallas about a month later so we will see. Do you know any others that are going to be there?
