How I Started:
I was taped by the army weight control system and failed. according to the army I am too fat. so i decided it was time for change.
Why I Love It:
I love it because after a long work out in the morning I feel energized for the rest of the day. I dont feel sleepy all day anymore.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know my weight is the only thing that stands between me and getting promoted

I want to have the build of a pro. I want people to stare as I walk by. I have always been a little on the pudgy side, not fat but could stand to be in better shape. With my current lifting schedule I think I can achieve my goal while here in afghanistan in the next 12 months.
