Thanks for add and message. Was a great year last year with weight gains and all lifts are way up. Continued success with powerlifting and getting that great 6 pack. Should be able to easily switch to bodybuilding quite successfully after HS. Keep us updated on progress and meets. Andre

Ca m'a fait plaisir.....New pics really showing the great progress this year in size AND definition. Enjoyed newest Videos. Moving comedy was right on especially here in Quebec when Apartment leases all end by law and 1000's all moving the same day. Has even been documented internationally. Andre
