I want to lose atleast 6-8% body fat and compete in natural fitness competitions. I am also training to compete in triathlons!
Goal (Long):
I am currently 24% body fat and would like to get down to 18% or lower. I want to beginning competing if fitness competitions and eventually do fitness modeling. I have a long way to go but I am going to push my self beyond my limit. I want to get my six pack back and keep it. I want to feel confident around other females! I want my arm muscles to show with out having to flex and I want more defined calves. I want to max on the bench at least 135!

Best of luck with the body fat loss and especially in getting into competition shape. Push yourself harder than you may be comfortable with and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they occur.
Congrats on your 2nd triathlon!!! That's great! goals coming along well. Took some new measurements, growing everywhere. Body fat hasn't moved though :( Keep up the great work & thanks for asking!
