How I Started:
I've always been pretty fit since I have been an athlete my entire life but after three shoulder surgeries and no longer being able to play softball, working out seemed like the right way to go so I began taking it more seriously.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, no matter how down I am or how bad of a day I'm having, working out lifts my mood and gives me more energy. It lets me relax and think. It becomes addicting so fast!
