When I Started: Apr, 2005
How I Started: I started working out when I was 17 for about 8 months, but complications in my life did that i had to stop. Brought it up again 4 years later to where I am today.
Why I Love It: I like the dedication and hard work, and see your body evolve and get better.
How I Stay Motivated: I promised myself, that this time i would never stop.

Goal (Long): I competed in 06 after 1½ years of training, it turned out ok, but my bodyfat waren't low enough. This time and a lot of knowledge later, i try again.
