Staying motivated is something I try to remind myself to do everyday, I want to Drop Fat, maintain lean body mass, be punctual with all my meals, and to eat the correct food, getting to the gym and not caring what anyone else thinks.
I want to give as much time as I can to focus on my goals, preparing meals and my workout everyday, eliminate drinking to one weekend a month-I wiil not make up for my drinks when i do drink, & limit my eating out to one lunch a week.
I don't know what my deal is lately, I mean I do, but I don't understand why I am in such a slump. I mean a major slump, like old Ashley is back and the new Ashley can't be found anywhere...I think it all started when my trainer that I admired and was finally starting to feel progress with...

Hey you! Whoa, been a long time how was your christmas? You look like you're enjoying yourself in that new pic (and looking very pretty too). I've just got back to oz from NZ for a course over summer, then back into more study.
