Gain about 10lbs of muscle while I am on deployment.
Goal (Long):
Never want to be hindered by my physical fitness when trying out for a job, going to an Army school, or while working in the field.
I plan to be in the 300 club soon and want to do 300 at 5 reps.
Most important, get rid of this freekn' beer belly.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am in the military, I eat what they want me to eat. But, I chose healthier foods if I can. Manufactured, fast food, etc is not natural. Did a lot today. Felt a lot of improvments on things I had done before but unable to do it with ease.
Today was legs and chest. Started out with some heavy squats and then leg press. Did 275 with ease in squats, did 630 on leg press, needless to say the leverage is...
