I want to look like a Beast... stay MartialArt fit but increase muscular mass.

Continue to build a ballet dancer type body,increase my flexibility, and run a 7 minute mile.

Not only do I want to look buff, I want to be able to back it up. In other words, I want the function along with the form!

I want to drop a few dress sizes and generally tone up!

Gain weight, pack on muscle, and stay lean....

to gain weight!

Just define my sixpack and make it more fit.
