we may have the dark kitkat, but you all have the best junk food(in the world), both in the grocery stores and restaurant chains. I actually have to spend SO much time shopping when I travel in the US because I have a hard time finding healthier foods
lol, sorry, I forgot to log-in for that last comment. Oh and P.S. if you are looking for a good BF% tester, GNC sells one for about $20.00. It's kind of a rip-off for a piece of plastic, but it does the trick, and I couldn't find a good one for any cheaper. Good luck!

My BF% is about 10 right now. I'm shredding right now too, so I'm doing about two hours of exercise a day, six days a week. My calorie defecit is about a 3,500 a week, and I have been doing calorie cycling, so with any luck, I will be down to 6% soon enough.
yeah still preparing. but these are last 3 or 4 weeks of preparation. next month i am going for mr. YMCA competition. how about you bro? how's the progress coming?
Its an easy routine to do, you just do back and chest day together. However, I dont suggest you do it every week. I would do that routine once a month.
hey thanks i have usually been able to make all the goals i have set for my self. wat seems to work best for me(keep in mind im bulking) i use 3 sets of 4-6 reps with90% of my 1 rep max. i am trying to get my chest to 43 inches(.5 inch gain) and my arms to 15.5(.5 inch gain) i would also like to weigh betweem 147-150 by aprol 1st
todays i am adding more and more muscle mass to my body. so i can win the competition. i am also working hard on abs. i hope i will have a 6 pack of abs until the end of this month. in the first week of next month i will upload my progress picture. i am very happy with your progress too. keep pumping.
