For the next 6 weeks I'm doing the following routine for Core 6
Sunday: Legs: seated leg curl 7X12, Stiff leg deadlifts 4X12 Lying leg curl 4X12, Leg extensions 7X15, , Hack squat 3X12,leg press 3X12, Squat 5X12, and machine squat 7X12, seated calf raises 3x30 and yoga to strectch
Monday: Shoulders: Smith Machine press 7X12, Seated lateral raise 2X12, Seated bent over laterals 2X12, Seated front raises 2x12, DB shrugs 3X10, DB press 7X12. and cardio
Tuesday: P90X abs
Wednesday: Chest and back: . DB hammer press 7x12, Cable flies ( lower upper and even 2 sets each of 12) Cable standing flies 2X8, DB incline hammer press 7X12, Back: Lat pull down 7X12, T-bar row 3X12, Cable seated row 7X12 and cardio
Thursday: cardio and yoga
Friday: P90X abs
Saturday: Arms: EZ curls 7X12, DB concentration curls 3X12, Hammer curls 3X12 , Precher curls 7X12, Dip machine 3X8, Tricep push dows 7X12, cable overhead extensions 3X12, skull crushers 3X12, rope pushdows 7X12 and cardio

Daily food intake
Breakfast : oatmeal, a lean meat, and egg beaters
Lunch: chicken or beef with sweet potato or brown rice, or a turkey sandwich and a fruit
Snack: protein shake and strawberries
dinner: pretty much the same as lunch

My motivation
I've been a chubby guy since I turned 25 and I have had enough. I want a six pack and be in the best shape of my life and live a long life costing my work tons of money in retirement benefits. But live a healthy active life and not have some nurse stealing my money in a retirement home, while I sitting in a diaper filled with poop. Also i want to hike down the grand canyon by 50 and hike up Mt. Whitney (not in the same day) I also want to be an astronaught and a jedi knight which is a lot like an astronaught but with a bitching flashlight that chops things.
