How I Started:
I started out just doing fitness, after all my sports were over after high school, and started to see changes from lifting weights.. and realized i wanted to go further with it.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my accomplishments change over time, and i usually see a change every 6 months or so.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by having a partner with me when i train, and see how they are progressing, and keeps me wanting to progress on myself as well.
BB Accomplishments:
I finally after years of trying, i got ride of my love handles! i was overweight as a child so that left me with that fat pudge on the sides, finally with determination and precise dieting i got them down!

Holy cow you must be awful busy then. I dont know if i could handle school fulltime and work full time then find time for the gym. I kinda admire that work ethic
I know it feels great, and i havent even used supplements or much of a diet i just spread my meals out and eat smaller meals but the same foods. hard work pays off. i guess my good genetics are a helper too :P
Thats awesome :) Mine has been going well. Ive only beed consistantly body building for three weeks. i was never too much into it before cause i was always so busy with sports i figured i didnt need it. but then i went from like 155 to 210 :( and ive gotten back to 171 recently and gotten much stronger :)
