How I Started:
Started mostly because of sports back in 1986. Then through the years I kept lifting to stay in shape and build muscle. From 1991 to 1993 I was able to really start building muscle. I took a break from 1993 to 1996 and lost everything I gained. I started back up in 1996 and really haven't stopped since. My workouts are the most intense from January thru May...the rest of the time I seem to maintain because I'm very busy during those months...you know...because it's nice outside.
Why I Love It:
Great stress reliever...self esteem. Keep myself looking hot for the wife...YeeeeHaw
How I Stay Motivated:
Feeling good and healthy helps motivate me the most. Other ways I stay motivated are to set goals and actually reach them. I love reaching my goals. I've learned that setting goals that just seem beyond the reach of obtainable is the way to go...that way they are always close enough to give you the drive to push ahead. Set them too high and you'll tend give up. Once they're reached then set them higher and never EVER stop. My two major goals right now are to accomplish a 400lb bench press and to be in the best shape of my life when I turn 40.
BB Accomplishments:
No major accomplishments. When I bench press 400lbs I will consider that my personal best BB accomplishment.

Goal (Long):
My main goal is to be healthy for as long as I possibly can. To keep muscle and loose fat and stay active for as long as possible. I want to be in my best shape ever when I reach the age of 40.
The fountain of youth is there, right in front of me but I don't want a ladder to reach it, I want to pull it towards me and earn it.
Description: Lifting weights to a star wars theme. I didn't reach the 405 yet...I made this to help motivate myself to reach it. The later lifts will be edited in when I finally reach my goal. Thanks for watching.
