Up until 5 years ago, i was fighting in Muay Thai competition as a black belt. I then started smoking, alcohol, and a terrible diet. I thought i was always fairly fit until i looked at some pictures of myself and was shocked at how much fat i had gained. And now, 2/23/09, begins my transformation..... Fingers crossed

its 2 weeks into my 12 week transformation. Do i detect a minute tiny body fat loss and soooome definition coming along? All comments to confirm or deny this statement are welcome

Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
My goal is 12 weeks long. I want to be a lean mean muscle machine. I want to have a 30 inch waist. I want to be no more than 145 lbs. I want to get to 8% body fat.
Goal (Long):
By October 1st i expect to be completely ripped. I believe my goal is not far fetched. I need to lose approximately 12 LBS of body fat. I have given myself three months. I have constructed a solid and healthy food plan. I am also going to begin a solid workout routine. I have also laid out my cardio requirements. I expect it to be a complete breeze once i have managed to complete the first month. It will be very tough to get through the first month, but i know it is the key that holds my success. After not having worked out Tuesday, i had an amazing workout Wednesday. I got some great encouragement from people on this site, and i just went to the gym really pumped and energized. Also, i constantly look at the pictures of the amazing transformations i see on this site, and i cant help...

Good luck with your goals. 12 lbs in 12 weeks is very reasonable. Stick with the disciplined eating and lifting, and you'll make it--beach ready!
