I was always on again off again exercising. I never had a plan though! So I achieved my NASM pt certification in 2006 to learn proper technique. My kids motivate me to work out and have fun.
Why I Love It:
After you have children, your body is quite different and I enjoy becoming smarter than my body everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read fitness magazines every night. My wonderful husband is very supportive and encourages me to keep going.
BB Accomplishments:
IFPA Figure Pro /
IronMan magazine February 2009, BodySpace Physique of the Month! /
Scivation athlete http://www.scivation.com/
Yup, me, one week before having my first child. I weighed 209 here and my daughter was 8lb 9 oz of that. I remember that skirt, it was a 44 inch waist!
I just finished putting away all my competition stuff for the season. I am so used to seeing it all over my house....oh how the mind loves to mess with you. Yesterday, I was sighing with relief to be starting offseason and stop the dieting. Today, I miss competing already. I feel lost...
I hear ya girl! this year is gonna rock, every year gets better,, let me know if you have any shows coming up, im routin for ya! and put the pb down :)

Not a bad thing! Reminds me of the European pro figure girl look; massive quad sweep and DEEP details up and down the leg...and as far 235 for 5 reps, that's still quite a jump from where you were not too long ago!
