I was always on again off again exercising. I never had a plan though! So I achieved my NASM pt certification in 2006 to learn proper technique. My kids motivate me to work out and have fun.
Why I Love It:
After you have children, your body is quite different and I enjoy becoming smarter than my body everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read fitness magazines every night.My wonderful husband is very supportive and encourages me to keep going.

Yup, me, one week before having my first child. I weighed 209 here and my daughter was 8lb 9 oz of that. I remember that skirt, it was a 44 inch waist!
As spring is creeping up on us all...(thank goodness), it's time to think about plans for the next competitions you want to do. I wanted to share with you the path I took last year to be fortunate enough to win my IFPA Pro card.

Hi! Well, I started the winter doing high rep, short rest stuff(radically different for me!) I DO have more muscle enudrance now for the powerlifting, and weight is finally back up, in 6 weeks I WILL reach my goals both size and lifts. The overtime work hours are just killing me Amy, I am really fighting to get in every session..but that is the true test of strength isn't it?:)
well its good that she is starting at least. It would be hard not to be inspired being one of your children. but you look like you have added some quality muscle too. great job!
things are going AWSOME! I've been shedding alot of fluid lately so the weights been coming off soo much I seriously dropped like 5 pounds in a matter of days!!

WHOA AMY! You've added some size since I've been away, looking really great!! And those lifts, what have you been doing the last 5 weeks!? I always knew you could do it, and I know there is more to come :)
