I was always on again off again exercising. I never had a plan though! So I achieved my NASM pt certification in 2006 to learn proper technique. My kids motivate me to work out and have fun.
Why I Love It:
After you have children, your body is quite different and I enjoy becoming smarter than my body everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read fitness magazines every night. It motivates me for the following day.My wonderful husband is very supportive and encourages me to keep going.
BB Accomplishments:
putting myself through 6 rounds of heavy weight gains from 40-70lbs each and coming back strong after children!!

I want to get recertified as a personal trainer this summer trough NASM again. By Sepetmber 2008, I want to start a home based training business for women in my area.
Well I have been lifting heavy..8-10 rep sets now for a few months. As my friends here know, I was definitely showing the classic signs of overtraining. First off...I lost weight and lost my appetite. This of course turns into no energy and poor performance. But I am one of those stubborn...
Looks like you made it to bed. Sorry I didnt get back to you, we had a project to work on. Still only half way done though. All of your pictures look great. Its a different change up with the positions! Good job! :)
haha nice! those are great leg days! im doing good! my schedule is back to normal so i am happy about that, and i had a great workout today...so all is well on my side!
of course, my six year old is the one who started taking pictures for this site- his job, caught him flexing in the mirror last night- although some of my progress pics are of my feet
i'll talk you into it simple like
Fun, is it fun to compete, yes, so compete with yourself, always do one more rep, or a little more weight, and you beat your biggest competition- yourself- aka progressive overload
Crushed- although I will get over it- i researched the poly--- (one cup of coffee, cant spell) and it seems a combination of that and arnolds method- real high weight done correct works, but come on now- no planning??
Me, i've been doing decent, why not! I've Been a little lacks in my diet for past two weeks but i'm getting back on track on monday. Thanks for asking.
