Anyways i am calling it a cheat day and going for a long run after my hour of weights. Hopefully it will be ok. The stress of doing my practicum is high i think. The new skills are really making me having to think things through and i am finding i was hungry last night at work. So i think i wanted some comfort food this morning and then a nice bed to sleep in...hope your having a good week.

Hope your week is better and you are doing well defluffing. Today i am stress eating and i realize it actuelly.My problem at times. I wont let that worry me to much. I had cinnamon buns two of them this morning after my 12 hour shift.
