25 years . . . this Sunday I will be attending an Alumni Open House at my High School. They have completed a major renovation to the entire school and this will be the first time I've gone back in 25 years. That seems like such a long time! I have also been trying to locate my entire class...

How are you doing? Haven't seen or heard much from you. Is everything ok? I've got 3 weeks until my marathon. Training's going well. My head's in a good place.
I had a nice weekend. Went out to fast, and was unhappy with my 1/2 marathon time on Saturday. Ran more relaxed today, and enjoyed my 8.5 mile race today.

Thank you, you too. You know, its weird, but once I made the big decision to get right, it's been a piece of cake geting into the gym. Hopefully this time next year I'll be 100 pounds lighter.
I have faith that you are on your way and although I don’t know what workout program you are following, my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I received our transformations by following Body for Life. I lost 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat & she went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 with BFL’s 12-week program. I believe that by using their proven nutrition, weightlifting & cardio program you will be amazed at the changes that your body will make.
PROGRESS? YESSSSSS!!! You should be feeling leaner because you are!!! Great job, keep working hard because soon, the fat will be all gone. Abs are getting leaner and looks like your butt is headed north too! Congrats!
