How I Started:
well i've always worked out, been an athlete all my life, but b/c i work long hours and play a lot of out door volleyball, the gym has taken a back seat, but will have a 4 month break b/t season come novemeber.. i have a 3-4 week break b/t summer & fall aseason and plan to be in the gym as much as possible b/t seasons.. & i plan to join kick boxing once my vball season is over with
Why I Love It:
i love working out, or playing ball b/c it releases stress and gives me more energy/wakes me up & gives me more confidence in me on the outside.. i know who i am on the inside, but want to feel complete.
How I Stay Motivated:
My mom, she has breast cancer and if she can live her life w/ the cancer i know i can motivate myself even at 30 to be a better person, i already know who i am, just want to be completely complete!
BB Accomplishments:
just to become more toned & defined. i'm pretty solid as it is, and very strong, but want to lose inches & the fat in most areas... not that i think i'm fat, but at the same time i could lose some weight, i wanna be a 6 again... and fit into my jeans. i refuse to buy jeans until i get back into a certain pair

Goal (Long):
i want to be a size 6 again or even a 4, i was there once and want to be there again.. as far as weight goes, its not that important b/c i have a large muscle mass, but to lose 3 or 4 inches off my legs, hips and rear, would be great...thats my first goal and to get into my size 6 jeans again... i'm going to work on that then work my way, to another goal... i have a hectic schedule so its just one thing at a time...

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
lack of stretching or proper warm up, no lifting or breathing correctly!

hey ya'll today is another MONDAy YUCK,  but i am glad to be have woken up this morning, however i am completely tired and its very hard for me to sleep, i have long hours during the week and i get home around midnight and it takes like 2 hours to unwind, which puts me to sleep around 2 a.m....
