I had some minor surgery and couldn't work out for 6 weeks which I guess was good because I had sprained my ankle on July 4th at the lake and I never let it heal. I have just completed my 2nd week of 12 of Chalean Extreme. I only got halfway thru it 1st time due to I had surgery. I hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving.

Going to Austin to party for the weekend at Gruene Hall and floating down the Comal on Saturday. I get to go back to party cove on the 15th with some other friends so I guess I will survive.

Was bad at the lake on the 4th, but it looks like not many more lake days for us. Our friends just sold their boat. I have cried for 3 days. It is the end of an era. I know we will go out with other friends for Labor Day and special holidays but not just all the time.

You eat em girl. You deserve them after all your hard work. You look amazing. It looks to me like you should have gotten first. The last progress pic of you is just "sic"! You are an inspiration. I haven't had frosted sugar cookies for some time but they are some of my favorite cheats.

My shoulder and I have an old healed fracture at L5 S1 and some SI joint problems. The P90X program I am going right now is awesome and I have had no problems since beginning it 8 weeks ago. Your pics look good. I hate it that so much comes down to diet, but it is what it is.

Kickin my ass especially the Plyometric X workout. I don't like the Yoga much but you will work up a sweat when you are doing it. It is 1.5hr so I only do 45 miuntes one time and the next week the other 45 minutes. The P90X After workout shake I just got this week and it is great and I feel it is really helping me drinking that after my workouts. Good luck. Keep me posted.

We had fun (sometimes too much) and I am just a morning person. Evening was killing me. Besides at home I can look and dress however I want. I hope your bi is ok when you start working out. I hate injuries. Damn all the injuries. I haven't taken any pics in awhile. I went from 118 to 127.5lb. On purpose, but then it started freaking me out and it was time to eat clean and wo hard and loose the belly. Pics coming soon.

Hey how are you? I'm back at home working out. My best friend had to have a total hysterectomy and gallbladder surgery and would be out for 6 weeks so I went back to wo at home. I am doing P90X on week 3. OMG! He is killing me. Diet is going pretty well but always room for improvement.

That pic is like from Jul or August I think. Just started back this week and trying to eat alot but as clean as I can around 90% right now. I won't cut the cals until about 4 weeks til Memorial Day. I have been getting my whole house painted, new furniture, carpets cleaned and new stuff. I have been enjoying myself but time to get back to what is important.

I eat alot of calories and still have issues with wanting to munch at night. I have to fight it most of the time. I recently quit smoking (8 days ago only) and the appetite has really kicked in. I don't drink very often but when I do I tend to overdo it just a bit.

Thanks for the compliments. Eating clean is where it is at, even though it is hard. I eat right about 85% of the time and it needs to be about 95% of the time. It sucks that working out doesn't have more to do with it.

Coming off back injury,lost 8lbs. I'm 5'9" and got down to 115. Got back to 117.5 this past Mon. Eating 2500 cals last week still 117.5 Sat. Did carb load Sunday was 122.5 this morning, want to be 123-125 consistently. I want some size in my legs. If I lose down this week after the carbload I will probably up my calories to 2600-2750.I only want to gain good weight. What type of nutritional split or plan do you follow?
